Product Description

Wear-resistant ceramic tubes use high-purity alumina (Al₂O₃) or silicon carbide (SiC) ceramics as linings, and are compounded with steel pipes through special processes. Its hardness is above HRA90, and its wear resistance is 10-20 times that of ordinary steel pipes. It is widely used in powder pneumatic conveying systems in power, metallurgy, mining and other industries, greatly extending the service life of the pipeline.

 

The wear resistant conveying pipeline features a multi-layer construction consisting of:

Aluminum oxide (AL2O3) inner layer for superior wear resistance
Intermediate binder layer for structural integrity
Outer steel pipe layer for strength and durability

The alumina ceramic layer is formed at high temperatures exceeding 1600°C, creating a strong metallurgical bond with the steel pipe and binder. This advanced composite structure delivers exceptional:
