Our ceramic screw conveyors are engineered for heavy-duty applications requiring high impact resistance during material mixing operations. These conveyors are not suitable for materials prone to deterioration, high viscosity, large block sizes, or easy agglomeration.

Beyond transporting granular materials, these screw conveyors can efficiently handle various packaged items. They offer multifunctional capabilities including mixing, stirring, and cooling operations during the conveying process.

In port applications, our ceramic screw conveyors excel at unloading and ship discharge operations, as well as horizontal and vertical transportation of bulk materials in warehouse settings. The horizontal spiral shaft design, which directly contacts materials to unload them layer by layer from both sides of the carriage, has proven successful in domestic ports for many years.
